Thank you very much for your interest in joining the Gateway community. We want to make the enrollment process as easy as possible for you to complete. Please follow the steps listed below and if you have any questions do not hesitate to contact our office. We will be happy to help you complete the process!
1. Please print and complete the application & enrollment packet.
2. Obtain copies of your most current transcript, immunization record, and CAHSEE scores (if not indicated on your transcript).
3. Submit your completed application and enrollment packet and supporting documents to our main office at:

4. You will be contacted by a Gateway Counselor to schedule an Enrollment Meeting.
